Questions about online booking
What is an online booking link?
It is a web address just for your business, for example marcar.prontobiz.org/your-business. The client opens it on their phone, picks the service, the specialist and a free time, and the booking goes straight into your calendar.
Does the client need to install an app?
No. Booking happens in the phone or computer browser in under a minute. No account or password needed.
How do reminders reduce no-shows?
On the Pro plan, the client gets a confirmation right after booking and a reminder 24 hours and 2 hours before the visit. People who can no longer come usually let you know, and the slot opens up for someone else.
Where can I share my link?
In your Instagram bio, your Google Maps profile, WhatsApp Business, your website, emails and a printed QR code for the front desk or shop window.
How much does it cost?
Plans cost €20, €30 or €50 per month + VAT. Initial setup is a one-off payment of €50 to €70 + VAT. We take no commission per booking. You can try it free for 14 days and only pay if you decide to continue.
How long does setup take?
Usually one working day after we receive your list of services, staff and opening hours.
Which languages are supported?
The booking page can be in Portuguese, English, Russian and Ukrainian, so you can serve international clients too.
